Our teams are small, allowing each member to have their own voice, but we also hold regular company meetings and social events to bring everyone together. Team Leaders are there to guide as opposed to control which helps to breed an entrepreneurial and enjoyable working atmosphere. Each of our teams share a common drive to help our clients out. And by taking an interest in what they do, in turn we become motivated to ensure our own service is as good as possible.
We appreciate the opportunity to help our staff develop personally. Each staff member will work with an HR consultant to produce a Personal Development Plan, and we encourage training to advance careers.
