sectors and we are now developing our partnerships further.
Recruitment Process
We all offer a service the employee offers a service of
getting a job done diligently and professionally and we have a responsibility
to ensure that the environment, tools and tasks are there to enable the goals
to be met. This includes access to knowledgeable people, training, and a
supportive team culture.
Telephone Interview
(about 20 minutes) call to ensure that the right candidates are asked to meet
us in person. This will enable us to clear any questions on the application.
Business/Technical Interview
(about 1hour) Detailed interview covering all the work experiences, personal
aspirations and motivation. The candidate should bring relevant project and
course work.

Technical Production
Department
Analyst/Programmer - Ref : DEV/AP/07
Graduate in Computer Science with a 2i or a 1st who has
a passion for developing production quality software - this will cover the
whole life cycle enabling your engineering skills to be further developed.
Practical knowledge of programming languages C# / .Net / Java will be essential
together with exposure to SQL for database work.
Character: Team player who wants to learn and
progress
Location: Central London - Hoxton Sq. N1
Level of Experience: Graduate
Package: Market Competitive, PPP health cover,
5% contribution to pension, 20days paid holidays
You must be resident in the UK with a valid passport
Senior Analyst/Programmer - Ref : DEV/SAP/07
You will be a graduate in a Computer Science related
course. The role requires a team player with initiative and energy, who has a
passion for software development and can demonstrate method, organisation and
communication skills. Once you have gained the business understanding, you will
be encouraged to take lead responsibility for the project - from start to
production delivery.
Character: Team player who wants to take on more
responsibility in taking whole project forward
Expertise: C# and .Net within a Microsoft SQL
Server environment essential
Level of Experience: 2 + years within a software
house
Location: Central London - Hoxton Sq. N1
