  • Collect Performance Data - Data collected from the providers, Commissioning Bodies and the governing bodies is validated in relation to the contract requirements and formatted to calculate the performance using the key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Management Information - Multidimensional analysis is carried out to gain a clear overview of the data and processes with the ability to drill down to particular details.
  • Maintenance - The information gathered is validated and can be updated, amended, or deleted where necessary by the appropriate users
  • Reporting - Reports are produced in relation to the performance measures - includes returns, exceptions, quality of returns, external reporting etc.
  • Service and Best Value Reviews - Services due for review are automatically highlighted and the status and outcomes of these are identified. The results / reports are passed on to the relevant area within the organisation.
  • Assessment Tracking - A sophisticated management control system, which integrates directly into other middleware solutions, increasing the level of transparency and processing.
