Overview

With the continued investment in the technology to meet the business needs, training is key to gaining the benefits. However, as more and more of the business solutions become standardised, it is no longer the case of which button or menu to select but understanding what business function it is supposed to manage. 

ILLY's training is geared towards empowering the business users and the technical teams so that they fully understand the production solution. Clearly the training requirement will vary between the business users and the technology support teams. Our focus is to ensure that all the teams are fully trained and have a high level of confidence in using and managing the system; after all it is the user's system.

Delivery of training can take various forms - some users need specific workshop based training whilst others require individual training which enables them to ask and discuss specific issues within their environment. Our goal is to ensure that the correct level of training is provided and is specifically tailored for the particular association.
