How we work

How we work

For over 20 years we have built and will continue to develop, cutting edge software to successfully support organisations of all shapes and sizes. How? Simple. Through listening to our clients.

Ongoing support and innovation

None of our systems are off-the-shelf solutions. We understand that when it comes to IT systems, requirements are ever-changing. This makes it essential that we provide ongoing support for our clients. From simple technical help to bespoke development work, all of our services are provided from our offices in London.

We are fondly aware of the fact that we are living in a digital age (and this is something that excites us). Our development team are 100% committed to bringing innovative technologies to the products we deliver and ensure usability is at the heart of all of our systems.

“The support during the roll-out of system upgrades is very good”

Quality and compliance

Whilst continually looking to develop clever features that make our clients’ lives easier, we never lose track of the basics. We’re proud of our close working relationships with each of the governing bodies in the sectors for which we provide.

Our work in the Substance Misuse sector would not be possible without the support we receive from the NDTMS. In return we try to involve local representatives from the very start of each project we deliver.

We’re also proud to be an ISO 9001 certified company.

Partnership approach

If there is one thing we’ve learned through working in the most complex of sectors, it’s that our clients know best.

By working in partnership with our clients we aim to develop solutions to perfectly meet their requirements – our knowledge of IT Systems combined with their sector expertise.

We actively seek feedback on all our products from end users, allowing them the opportunity to feed into the road map for each system. Our partnership approach doesn’t end with product development; we ensure that we are honest and open throughout the implementation process, from agreeing a price to supporting end users as the system goes live.

“I really like the company – the engagement with users, like at the user forum, is great. They listen to feedback on how the system could improve.”
