ILLY are excited to announce the launch of LINKS Families, a case management and KPI monitoring system designed specifically to make a difference within the Troubled Families agenda.
We see the real benefits the targeted and coordinated interventions could bring to our communities and after consulting the LGA, DCLG and numerous Troubled Families Coordinators ILLY will be working in partnership with five local authorities. This partnership approach will ensure LINKS Families is an effective tool to monitor KPI’s and enable collaborative working.
